What we collect

Booking requests: your name, company, email, phone number, collection and delivery addresses, dates and times, a description of the goods and any notes you give us.
Calls, emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.
Invoicing details for confirmed jobs, such as billing address and purchase order numbers.
Website usage: only if you accept analytics cookies, which pages you visit and how you found us. See the cookie policy.

How we use it and why

To respond to your request, quote, arrange and carry out the delivery: this is needed to take steps towards and perform a contract with you.
To invoice you and keep accounting records: this is a legal obligation.
To protect the website from spam and abuse, and to stop duplicate requests: our legitimate interests.
To understand which pages and adverts work: only with your consent.

We don't sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who we share it with

Drivers and transport partners carrying out your job, who see the details they need for the collection and delivery.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, checks the form for spam (Turnstile) and stores booking requests.
Resend, which sends the confirmation and notification emails.
Zoho, which we use for invoicing.
Google (Analytics and Ads) and LinkedIn, only if you accept analytics or advertising cookies.

Some of these providers process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards approved under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum.

How long we keep it

Booking requests sent through the website are deleted from the website's storage after 90 days.
Records of confirmed jobs and invoices are kept for six years, as required for tax and accounting.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time. Email info@gomotee.com. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
